How do individuals navigate their social environment?
I have spent the last decade or so exploring this question using a range of behavioral, genetic, and computational approaches. I am most interested in using computer vision to capture the full range of behavioral diversity in individuals and groups over time in order to understand the mechanisms that drive courtship, dominance, and success at the individual and group-level.
